Job description
Charterhouse is working with a leading foreign investment company in Qatar who is looking to hire an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and ensure the smooth running of their fast paced office.
About the role
As the Executive Assistant, you will provide professional administrative support to the CEO and other company executives, including but not limited to intricate diary management and travel arrangements, booking and attending board meetings and being the first point of contact for all visitors, local and foreign.
About you
The successful candidate should be a highly presentable corporate Executive Secretary with a minimum for 8 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with work experience in Qatar and/or the Gulf region, and be familiar with the cultural sensitivities of the region.
Good computer skills and excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written is mandatory. Arabic language is an added advantage.
This role requires a candidate who is highly professional, a team player, demonstrate flexibility, and who shows the highest level of confidentiality.
