As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a sales team to achieve sales targets while delivering an exceptional guest experience and supporting the execution of CRM, customer experience and other key customer and employee initiatives in the store. Your responsibilities will include:. Enhance talent within the team through on-the-job training and extended assignments in coordination with the HR Partner.. Enhance employee satisfaction through employee initiatives, culture and experiences.. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store related to visual merchandising, retail POS compliance and sales team schedules.. Provide support to store associates during in-store events.. Act as the primary point of contact with the back office team.. Ensure online purchases and in-store pickup are conducted within SLAs.. Ensure that the information team receives customer data that meets the requirements of the marketing team.. Promote the MUSE loyalty program and ensure team members are familiar with it With app offers and more.. Increase store revenue targets.. Boost in-store sales.. Support in-store customer experience initiatives..
