Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Call Tools Dialer Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Call Tools dialer platform and will be responsible for managing and optimizing our dialing campaigns. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, campaign preparation, cold calling, and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize campaign effectiveness. This position is for the candidate who can take over the administrative responsibilities of our Call Tools cold calling platform, seek out ways of improving cold calling results and optimize our performance. We are looking for someone with direct experience cold calling who is capable of cold calling themselves for a minor portion of their role.

Implement strategies to enhance call outcomes and overall efficiency.Reporting: Generate and review reports on dialing activities and campaign performance.
