Job Description
| 1 | Excel Advanced Communication competencies and develop good relationships with the company stakeholders. |
| 2 | Work for proper promoting of SGH Activities and facilities to enhance its reputation which reflect on customers’ rates and Academy revenue. |
| 3 | Perform Market studies and researches to identifies customers’ needs and expectations and align that with the marketing strategic plan |
| 4 | Use market research results to evaluate Academy services From a customer’s perspective and to identify new segments and new sales options |
| 5 | Perform Market analysis to estimate Academy services’ opportunities to exist in the targeted segments |
| 6 | Analyze external factors that effect on the community needs and trends |
| 7 | Establish contact and develop relationships with prospect clients |
| 8 | Align the researches and analysis results with Public relation activities & events plan to ensure accurate customers’ targeting |
| 9 | Understand clients’ requirements and providing solutions through frequent visits |
| 10 | Evaluate the implemented plans and activities with customer rates quarterly and define the gaps between expected and the actual achievements |
| 11 | Maintains updated knowledge of all Academy achievements to promote to potential clients |
| 12 | Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending work-related trainings and workshops |
| 13 | Benchmarking with competitors and promoting advantages of the Academy. |
| 14 | Target achievements, adding new clients and increasing the revenue |
| 15 | Comply with hospital approved polices and ethical practices |
| 16 | Comply with dress code and good personal hygiene |
| 17 | Perform any other tasks requested by the head of department |

Degree of any relevant discipline & preferred to be with Medical Background (Pharmacist, Vet., Science)- Minimum 1 Year experience in the same position.- Proven experience in medical sales or a similar role is an advantage.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Presentable with Very good English language.-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
