• Conduct follow-up activities on leads and prospects through email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
• Engage with prospects in a professional and persuasive manner to educate them about our products/services and their benefits.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to expand brand partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly and professionally addressing inquiries and concerns.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to devise and execute successful sales strategies.
• Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales-related activities in our CRM system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our products/services to potential customers.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales skills through training and self-learning.
• Achieve or surpass sales targets and performance benchmarks.
