We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our dynamic gold trading team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the gold market, excellent networking skills, and a proven track record in developing and maintaining client relationships. This role will involve identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the gold trading industry.
- Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and acquire new clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify potential growth areas.
- Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for gold trading contracts.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as trading, operations, and compliance, to ensure smooth execution of transactions.
