DESCRIPTION: The market leader in recruitment and placement of domestic workers in the GCC is seeking several key members to join their Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Umm Al Quwain office team. (Flexi and Full Time Opportunity)Job Role:* To engage with families looking for domestic workers and provide them with ethical recruitment and placement, government visas or outsourcing solutions* To Secure corporate and commercial accounts and provide full recruitment cycle (government visa services, recruitment matching services, and gathering all required documents)* Admin work entailing IT data entry, collecting and verifying accuracy of employment visas, family passport details etc* Using the CRM and call centre management system to follow up calls, leads and clients* Utilizing social media platforms/groups to engage with potential clientsRequirements:* Degree Educated* 5 Years UAE experience* Proven Track Record in sales/targets and KPI?s* Ethical protocols, understanding and knowledge in the recruitment, placement, visa solutions, or company provided outsourcingProficient in:* Bilingual English and Arabic or English plus 2nd language* It literate -Excellent typing skills -working knowledge of excel* Accuracy in Data Input and Typing Speed* Working knowledge of social media platforms* High Diplomacy, Social Skills, Ambitious and Competitive, Ethical and FairSalary + Company Benefits:* Medical Insurance, Free Childcare, flexible working hours with Flexi Desk opportunity in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain* Company training provided.
