Job Description
Our client isseeking a dynamic and experienced
General Manager – Arabic Speaker (PR/Communication Agency)
to manage the entire operations of their PR/Communication agency. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a strong network within the Kingdom, excellent business development skills, and the ability to lead and execute client requirements precisely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the agency’s day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored PR solutions.
Lead business development efforts to identify and secure new clients and opportunities.
Manage and mentor a team of PR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Ensure all client projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:
Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Extensive experience in PR/Marketing/Communications, with a proven track record in managing operations.
Should have worked in the Saudi Market for at least the last two (2) years
Should be in a leading role for at least 5 years
Should have an experience in managing PNL and creating strategies for the business
Strong network within Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of the local market.
Excellent business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities.
Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
