Job Description and Requirements
The Business Development and Entrepreneurship SMT will work closely with the project team, and the partnered CBOs in the implementation of the capacity-building training program to enhance the capacity of the HBB owners as well as CBOs staff to enable them managing their HBBs properly and successfully.
The objective of this training is to equip refugees with entrepreneurship skills that allow them to develop business ideas and start businesses with or without local counterparts. On completion of the program, all participants will:
1. able to identify and develop different business ideas.
2. able to conduct assessment and select a feasible business idea.
3. able to develop a bankable business plan.
4. Receive grant to start and improve the business
5. able to address the most urgent need for business management.
Scope of Work:
