We are recruiting a Senior Estimator & Junior Estimator to work for a leading fit-out contractor in the UAE.
Candidates must have experience tendering high-end interior projects across the residential and hospitality sectors and should be immediately available in UAE with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for high-end fit-out projects experienced in Turnkey and Joinery projects.
– Analyse project specifications, drawings, and proposals to ensure accurate estimates.
– Collaborate with the project management team to develop cost-effective solutions.
– Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
– Manage and mentor junior estimators, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of all estimates.
– Must be able to Provide extremely detailed budget estimates for interior fit-out, joinery & Loose Furniture.
– UAE Driving license is an advantage.
– Must have a sound knowledge of high-end materials and finishes.
Must have a minimum 5+ years experience in preparing detailed Estimates and BOQ’s for high end residential and commercial projects with a leading Interior fitout and joinery in the UAE.
