Telephone Operator Agent
First impressions are everything! As a Telephone Operator Agent, you are the initial voice that our guests hear when they call in for room or dining reservations, or just to inquire of our sumptuous sweets. You are a key ambassador of our hotel in making the guest’s experience truly remarkable.

What you will be doing:
- Receive and transfer calls to the respective department; respond to basic guest’s inquiry
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling
Your experience and skills include:
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
