Bahrain Contracting Company Hiring for Quantity Surveyor Job at Tūblī Full Time

Job Description:

• Track and record the Quantities for ongoing projects
• Provide advice on Contractual claims and disputes
• Negotiate contracts and work schedules
• Perform risk, value management and cost control during construction
• monitoring construction sites and meeting with clients
• Design and consider the health, Safety and welfare in projects in pre-construction, during and post construction.
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and the client.
• Provide necessary awareness of various building contracts in use

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, construction or civil engineering or similar
• 3 to 5 years as Quantity Surveyor or in a similar position
• Excellent interpersonal & Negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of building and construction
• Clear understanding the implementation of Health & Safety regulations
• Analytical thinking skills
• Attention to Detail & Methodological Approach to Work

Experience:

• Quantity Survey: 1 year (Preferred)
