Job Posting: Head Waitress at Arabic Restaurant

We are looking for an experienced Head Waitress to join our team at ayoush restaurant !
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize the operations within the dining area.
Supervise the waitstaff and ensure excellent service for our guests.
Address customer complaints and feedback professionally.
Train new staff and enhance the team’s skills.
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a waitress or head waitress in a restaurant.
Excellent communication skills in English .
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate the team.
