Oversee and manage all sales activities within the Audio-Visual division, leading the sales team to achieve maximum profitability and growth while aligning with the company’s vision and values. Develop strategies to expand the customer base in the target market.

- Implement the company’s strategies, policies, and objectives by establishing short- and long-term plans and providing the necessary resources to execute these plans.
- Develop initiatives aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the section.
- Monitor the section’s technical performance and ensure alignment with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Technical Responsibilities:
- Review the company’s historical data and understand current policies to enhance performance metrics.
- Formulate new strategies and tactics to drive future growth of the company’s customer base.
- Prepare fact-based reports for senior management and shareholders.
- Foster strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction without compromising company profits.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade fairs, and networking events to attract new clients.
- Deliver compelling value propositions through presentations.
- Evaluate the sales team’s performance to ensure smooth operations.
- Coordinate sales activities with other departments.
- Set performance goals for each employee and monitor their progress.
- Motivate the team to remain focused on company objectives.
- Identify new customers and sales opportunities to support business growth.

- Set sales targets by forecasting and establishing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; predict expected sales volume and profit for current and new products.
- Maintain sales volume, product mix, and pricing by staying informed about supply and demand, market trends, and competition.
- Adjust pricing strategies based on cost analysis, competition, and market conditions.
- Meet national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasks to employees and tracking work outcomes.
- Develop and implement a sales plan, under the guidance of the Sales & Marketing Manager, to meet business goals.
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales objectives by setting targets, managing performance, and developing and motivating team members.
- Provide professional advice to sales executives to maintain high customer service standards.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication with other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Train sales staff to exceed sales goals and meet customer expectations.
- Address customer complaints and prevent issues during the sales process.
- Hold regular meetings with subordinates to review progress, discuss suggestions, and take appropriate actions.
- Identify and address training needs for subordinates in coordination with HR & Admin.
- Conduct performance appraisals and recommend necessary actions according to company policies.
- Determine manpower needs based on the recruitment and selection system and human resource planning.
- Manage employee affairs, including vacations and leaves.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a relevant field.
