Position Overview
The Content Strategy & Experience team is responsible for crafting high-quality content experiences that educate and engage our customers. As a Technical Content Developer for AutoCAD, you’ll oversee the development of product support content, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving customer success and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
