Job description
Responsibilities:
– Managing customer accounts and sales activities.
– Developing commercial relations for existing accounts and working to find new accounts to increase the volume of sales in quantity and quality.
– Coordination and follow-up of the sales process and after-sales services.
– Prepare presentations, summary of customer visits, quotations, reports and other forms.
– Dealing with calls, inquiries and emails received from customers with a full explanation of any information requested.
– Ensure that the operations are proceeding as planned and completed in line with the required quality standards.
– Preparing reports showing the expected sales volume during a specific period of time and comparing them with the required sales target.
– Meet the needs of customers and work to gain their satisfaction.
– Achieving the material and moral sales target agreed upon with the management within the specified time period.
– Providing information and reports on customer accounts to the direct manager.
– Work on developing and updating customer databases permanently and continuously.
– Track market and competitor news, media, and provide on-demand reporting.
– Provide a clear and comprehensive sales plan.
– Trying to know the methods of decision-making and its mechanism for customers and understand the nature of work and its requirements for them.
– Create and develop clear models of work procedures.
– Write progress reports periodically.
– Perform any similar duties within the scope of the job description at the request of the administration.
– Coordination with the different departments in the completion of the work, each according to his specialization.
– Comply with any change that may occur to the job description, duties and tasks listed above and/or job title.
– Commitment to the application of the procedures and models stated in the quality manual of the sales department.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Business Administration, Marketing or similar
• At least 2 year of experience in the same field
