We are hiring 2 Procurement Specialists.
Location: Dubai, UAE. A Freezone.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage procurement processes for international trading, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations and oversee customs clearance procedures.
Coordinate logistics, shipping, and delivery schedules to meet business requirements.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Key Requirements:
5-8 years proven experience in procurement, preferably within the international trading industry.
In-depth knowledge of customs clearance processes and regulations.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
Fluency in both Chinese and English.
Valid UAE driving license.
