IT Service Desk – 2 positions
Key qualifications
1. Minimum 1 year working experience (willing to look at fresh graduates)
2. Degree in Info Tech or Computer Science or relevant fields
3. Preferably with experience working with customer, dealing sympathetically with their problems under pressure.
Job Description
1. Serve as a first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email, etc
2. Under minimum supervision respond to customer inquiries concerning support requests, systems / applications / infrastructure / network disruptions aiming to resolve the issues at first contact.
3. Active management & logging of the support requests into the service request system. Capable to gather & fill the problem statements, error descriptions & other technical details in the service request.
4. Escalate un-resolved incidents to other support groups, including vendors, to expedite resolution, while providing end user updates on case progress.
5. Maintain & update the first level support documentation.
6. Willing to work in shift rotation on 24 X 7 basis.
