Hiring for Human Resources Specialist
Location: Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Employee Relations and outsource agent’s management:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Managing the outsourced agents for manpower, including payroll, attendance, payment, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, 3-5 working experience
Proven experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Having outsourcing agent’s management skills is a plus point.
