Amoodis Creamery Looking for Chef de Partie (Pastry) in United Arab Emirates Full Time

Job Description

Role:

• Expertin Cakes (red velvet, milk cake, brownies, cookies, san sebastian cheesecake, ..)
• Ice Cream, Sauces, and many other recipe mixes will be given to the chef for production. The Founder will teach the production of these recipes.

General Important Requirments:

• Ensure HACCP and hygiene standars are implemented and followed.
• Prepare production for daily usage
• Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all dessert items
• Identify staffing needs, help to recruit new personnel and train them.
• Attend and participate in training sessions as scheduled
• Communicate politely and display courtesy to guests and internal customers
• Ensure profitability by maintaining an accurate record of baking operations.
• Manage needed supplies and inventory levels.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ensure the proper storage of baking utensils.
• Take part in the opening and closing duties of the bakery in compliance with the norms and internal procedures and contribute in stocking and receiving goods when needed
