We are seeking a motivated Treasury & Reconciliation Analyst to join our Finance team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Finance & Tax Head of Department, you will be part of a select group chosen to participate in this program, with the potential for a permanent position within the Amana Group of Companies upon successful completion of the 3-month contract. Key Responsibilities:
Treasury Operations:
Support Finance & Tax Manager in managing daily liquidity and funding requirements across various banking platforms.
Support cash flow forecasting processes to optimize the company’s liquidity position.
Monitor and manage investments, ensuring compliance with the company’s investment policies.
Settlements:
Analyse settlement processes across various payment methods, including digital wallets, bank transfers, and credit/debit cards.
Supporttimely and accurate settlement of transactions, identifying and resolving discrepancies as they arise.
Exposure with payment processors and financial institutions to streamline settlement procedures.
Reconciliation:
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of cash accounts, client ledger accounts, and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Identify, investigate, and resolve reconciliation discrepancies in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of reconciliations and settlements for audit purposes.
Work with Product Team to develop advanced in back-office innovation solutions and exposure to innovation cycle in financial services and processing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in treasury operations, settlements, or reconciliation (experience in fintech is a plus).
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling software
Interest and demonstrative passion in generative AI
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-solving mindset, capable of handling discrepancies efficiently.
Strong understanding of digital payments, FX and banking systems in the MENA
