Bouchon
Since 2003, Bouchon Bakery has been Thomas Keller’s unique take on a French boulangerie, offering sandwiches, quiche, soups and salads, as well as a wide range of artisanal viennoiserie, confections, pastries, tarts and cookies both French and American in influence. With locations across the U.S. in Napa Valley, Beverly Hills, Las Vegas and New York, Bouchon Bakery will be open to guests in Kuwait, Dubai and Qatar, as its first branches outside of the United States. Bouchon Bakery offers distinctive Macaron gift boxes up to 60 pieces as well as various seasonal offerings.
The Role:
By greeting guests warmly and sharing with them the descriptions of the many dessert and pastry selections, you will ensure each guest has a memorable dining experience. This will be a store-based opportunity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Requirements :-
– Minimum 3 years of experience as a baker.
– Intermediate to advanced English reading and communication skills.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Able to work positively and quickly in a fast-paced, team environment and within a confined area.
– Willing to stand for extended periods of time.
– Hands-on experience with French, Italian and European pastries.
– Experience in managing a team of 20 people.
