DAR Engineering, a leading design & engineering consulting organization in Saudi Arabia engaged in Power Generation, Electrical Transmission & Distribution, Health Care & High Rise BuildingsJob PurposeProvide extensive HR support, managing recruitment, onboarding, policies, and records. Act as a liaison between management and employees, promoting best workforce management practices for an inclusive work environment.Key Accountability AreasRecruitment and Onboarding:Assist in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for job vacancies.Coordinate interviews and assessments and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies during the recruitment process.Employee Relations:Address employee inquiries and concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Mediate and resolve conflicts between employees or between employees and management.Promote a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.HR Policies and Compliance:Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR practices are aligned with legal and ethical standards.Performance Management:Support the performance appraisal process, including setting up performance goals and conducting reviews.Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans.Monitor and track employee performance and recommend appropriate actions.Employee Benefits and Compensation:Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries.Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.Conduct salary research and analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.Training and Development:Identify training needs and assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.Manage the training calendar and track employee participation in learning programs.Support the implementation of employee development initiatives.HR Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and electronic.Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.Generate HR reports and analytics for management as needed.Employee Offboarding:Coordinate the offboarding process for departing employees, including exit interviews and final documentation.Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and insights to improve employee retention.Qualification:Minimum Bachelors in relevant field.Experience:3 years to 5 years in relevant domain.
