We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our company’s purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize procurement processes.
– Source and evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships with suppliers.
– Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain processes efficiently.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role.
– Strong negotiation and communication skills.
– Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
– Preference will be given to filipino candidates
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
– Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain is a plus.
