Requirements and Qualifications:
- Has an architecture and/or interior design degree from an accredited university Professional membership or certifications optional
- Minimum three years of working experience in specification, procurement, and installation of FF&E items
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interprets the feasibility of an FF&E program with respect to budget and schedule
- Creates the FF&E package (layout plans, FF&E selections and specifications) for client’s reviews
- Prepares related documents for bidding to vendors or proposal submittal to client
- Prepares FF&E cost estimates or quotations; with manufacturers and prospective vendors, and negotiates delivery of respective items on schedule and within budget
- Visits sites, attends meetings if needed
- Coordinates schedules for fabrication, delivery and installation of the FF&E with concerned teams
- Confirms quantities and notifies client of any defects found in the arrived
- Performs an inspection and recommends whether work should be accepted or rejected
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to QAR8,000.00 per month
