Product Manager manages dependencies with other team?s functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. S/He will work closely within their team to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. Senior Product manager will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.What you will do:- Set ambitious and clear product vision, in consultation with and communicate it effectively to stakeholders, the team, and the rest of the pod- End to end team output strategy from inception to production- Collaboration with stakeholders to ensure digital vision and products align within team strategy and requirements- Accountable for product specific KPIs once solution enters production and communicate regular tracking to stakeholders- Utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for their team.- Maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the team- Works closely with Senior Product Manager to establish each product?s business value and support messaging, communication and customer outreach as necessary- Facilitates release planning with stakeholders as well as weekly demos- Key role on Agile team(s) and works onsite with the team daily- Integrates usability studies & research into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure customer driven design- Own and write comprehensive growth product feature specifications, user stories & epicsRequired skills and experience to be successful:Education:- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) required; or equivalent relevant experienceMinimum Experience and Knowledge: – Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the relevant industry- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams from tech, design, and business- Proven knowledge & understanding of standard precision practices, technology & supporting industry principles- 5-7 years of Experience with B2C digital products- Understanding and knowledge of various roles at a retail branch level and how they interact with product offering- 5-7 years of experience in setting product definitions and roadmaps- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Software development teams- Passion to challenge the status quo & find new solutions & drive out of the box ideas- Loves & embraces change- Believes in a non-hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency, safety, and trust- Not afraid to ?roll up the sleeves? and seeks to go outside comfort zone to learn and pushes teams to do the same- Empowers others to fail, learn, and grow- Experimental mindset to drive innovation- Demonstrated use/strong understanding of the cloud industryAbout Al-Futtaim AutomotiveA major division of the UAE-based Al-Futtaim Group of companies, Al-Futtaim Automotive is an industry leader with presence in 10 countries across the Middle East, Asia and Africa.Our core business activities at Al-Futtaim Automotive include distribution, manufacturing, leasing and aftersales, and we are firmly established as the regional representative of some of the world?s most iconic automotive brands: Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge, Volvo and RAM.We are driven by a customer-centric approach, constantly pushing the boundaries on innovation, quality standards, and value-added service across our vast universe of customers – right from motoring enthusiasts to fleet operators to contractors.
