Develop above competences in our organisation both in Service Office and in the Stores
What you will doCommercial
Collaborate with sales Leader, identifying potentials for the Market Specific Range cross HFBs to meet the markets specific needs
Support core range. Optimize sales priorities and secure sales meet the agreed forecasts.
Create a Market Specific Range Business plan, connected action plans and implementation
Through analysis and market knowledge responsible to drive the total performance of the Market Specific Range: Sales, profitability and positioning of the range (price & quality)
Identify and implement market specific range with the purpose to contribute to IKEAs market relevancy in the local markets(PMA)
Ensure a communication with Business Creators and Demand Planners at BA Free Range, and being the main speaking partner to Sales Manager, Range Manager, Sales Leaders; contributor to country strategy.
Contribute during the market specific product development process
Contribute during Sales Planning, Range Dimensioning and EDS Process, and optimize range efficiency through active tail analysis.
Contribute to the cluster meetings with relevant market specific knowledge, competence and analysis
Coordinate with the stores team to identify the range gaps as per the local market needs that can be fulfilled from the Market specific range.
Should be able to create and follow up orders and their status in various free-range tools like Barium, Free range online etc.
Coordinate with Middle East cluster about market potentials from the Market specific range and push to have common list for the entire cluster in order to receive best possible cost benefits.
Coordinate with the PR&C team before committing any orders to IOS & Ensure no restriction
Provide the stores with any needed Guidelines and required training for the new functions.
Regular Follow-ups on the Market specific range performance to identify the articles that will remain permanently in the range what we need to phase out.
Ensure that the Market specific range is well presented across all our stores on the region.
