Job Description
Role Accountabilities:
- Act as one contact point in the supply line for projects in the execution phase.
- Manage to receive the elevator/equipment/component orders from frontline
- Follow project design quality planning, sourcing planning, and logistics planning.
- Compose, collect, and distribute necessary technical information to the frontline.
- Identify and facilitate project-related change management activities.
- Hold a shared responsibility for project cost control with the Project Manager for the project?s financial result in the supply line.
- Plan project resources leading the multifunctional project teams.
- Handle project reporting, project audits, internal handovers, and project final closure.
- Manage and approve project variations.
- Coach Project Coordinators / Specialists.
- Participate in project steering group meetings providing project management input.
