Responsibilities:

* Record and maintain accurate customer records, interactions, and transactions in the company’s CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments such as Sales, Billing, and Technical Support to address customer needs and concerns.
* Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
