To be responsible for implementations of sales and specification activities by working closely with all government and private sector construction companies
Schedule site visits to civil, architectural and structural consultancyfirms to build rapport and ultimately specify company products in the BQ
Identify and develop new customers or new market segments to increase market share
Carry out market research to analyze market and determine market needs, latest trends, preferences, competitor?s activities and pricing.
Prepare monthly forecasting activities to ensure the achieving of the quarterly and annual targets
Preparing BQ specification, calculations, drawingevaluations, construction detailsand overall quotations to clients
Maintain good quality customer service by providing solutions effectively and on timely manner
Assist Sales team to carry out product presentations toProject Delivery Partners, Consultants , Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors, Developers and GovernmentAgencies.
