Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new contract dealers.? Developing and maintaining sales growth in the MEA region.? Responsible for annual sales plans and budgets.? Implementing sales activities and new product introductions according to a global launch plan.? Running virtual and physical product training sessions for the dealers, design and sales teams? Reporting sales figures and sales plans to contract and retail dealers.? Developing the brand and product knowledge and creating relationships with the community.? Managing and growing the project pipeline.? Follow up outstanding /pending payments to ensure full collection on the sales.? Coordinate with finance department for LCs or any other financial documents which are required to facilitate the smooth sales proceedings.? Take accountability for the set sales target of the company as per the sales plan and volume projection.? Keep track of pricing and maintain accurate and updated pricing database.? Implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required time-frame and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation method in assistance with customers.Job Requirements:? Minimum of 4 years of export sales experience in agro commodities such as nuts, rice, oils, spices, etc.?? Graduate Degree.? Languages: Hindi and English are mandatory.? Indian nationals are preferred for the role.? Candidates based in UAE will only be considered for the role.? Target driven.? Excellent negotiation skills.? Proficient in computers to maintain and update various kinds of reports.?
