Job Description and Requirements
– BSc in Computer Science or similar field
– Professional infrastructure Certification
(MCSA, VMware Certified Professional,
RHCSA)
– 4+ years of working experience in the IT
infrastructure field.

– Manage functions of infrastructure services on a daily
basis and provide guidance, counseling and suggest ways
to improve them (i.e. Servers, Storages, Virtualization
environments, backup and archiving systems, Database
system etc.).
– Manage and monitor windows domains, office 365, and
azure cloud.
– Proactively monitor the infrastructure components
performance, and provide the urgent and needed support
for any issue arises
– Coordinate with the related units
– Prepare and submit periodic reports
– Control the second level of support (Incident
Management) related to the infrastructure, and suggest
ways to improve the performance as needed
– Inspect the systems status and their backup systems
– Technical support for the systems problems
– Update systems to ensure their suitability and compliance
with the relevant requirements
