Position : Sales & Marketing Manager/ Head of Marketing

Job Location are based in Dubai, but Sales position might require international travelling.
Job Description:
You will champion and own growth, profit, and share for our brands in the FMCG portfolio by leading the mining of consumer insights that create a sustainable competitive advantage. Daily responsibilities will include setting brand strategy, optimizing the marketing mix, and leading the creation of killer creatives to tell the brand story. In this role you’ll lead the marketing strategy, development, and execution across the marketing mix; cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders like Sales, Finance, Supply Chain as well as external agency partners is paramount in order to plan breakthrough consumer experiences and disrupt the status quo. With a passion for all things e-commerce, you will utilise your existing experience to develop the direct-to-consumer strategy. You will be responsible for implementation, cross-functional promotions, on-site merchandising and digital experience optimisation, identifying and driving operational efficiencies in order to build a best-in-class shopping experience. Key Accountabilities
Brand & Marketing Management
Bring innovation by bringing outside-the-box ideas, leveraging data, and building insights to create business cases to build scalable products and promotions to drive the growth of the business; develop functional capabilities to test, learn, and iterate to accelerate category growth.
Key interface between Brand Marketing and Sales Team to execute ATL & BTL plans
Develop channel/customer 4P strategy and actions in line with Brand Strategy
Continuously reviews Local Success Model compliance, monitor and benchmark customer performance against 4P targets and drive agreed action steps
Be the voice of the Brands by development of the operational marketing strategy for BHPC, Clasico Brands and other business verticals across all markets in Latam, Europe, Africa, Middle East and South East Asia
Ensure the implementation of the agreed marketing strategy in the region
Monitor markets performance on launches, ensuring they are aligned with KPI
Working with the key account team, build strong key account packages allowing tailor-made launch programs for leading retailers
Working with the key account team, lead the deployment of the Retail Excellence Program, ensuring quantitative and qualitative visibility on shelf
Ecommerce strategy and roadmap
Optimising product visibility online and executing stand out digital campaigns
Manage online relationships with retailers and alignment on strategy
Monitor net revenue, trade spending, P&L and online market share with competitor analysis, provide ecommerce insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
Work closely with the wider Sales team to ensure online plans live in all accounts
Build strong business relationship with customers through robust engagement and strategic collaboration to achieve sales target and brand awareness to generate demand
Driving online business performance via data driven digital engagement approach with relevant social consumer touch points and constantly improve KPI including traffic, conversion, basket and repeat purchase by content management and digital tracking tools
Create and keep live annual account plans to deliver business objectives. Strategies must be developed through an understanding of the market, channel, customer and shopping and created with the sales and supply chain teams
Lead & negotiate agreement of a Joint Business Plan with key customers and distributors that delivers agreed objectives
Lead, manage, measure and improve account profitability
Hit Annual budget targets
Sales Forecasts :
Drive the accuracy and delivery of monthly sales forecasts working with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance
Adhere to internal processes and timescales for forecasting and business planning
Promotions :
Negotiate and deliver an annual promotional programme, ensuring that promotions are communicated, forecasted, delivered and evaluated. Approved no less than 8 weeks out
Delivery within spend budget and promotional guidelines
Monitoring competitor product and competitor promotions
NPD/Range Review Delivery
Work with Marketing and Sales teams to close distribution gaps and deliver New Product Launch plans (distribution, display and turnover targets)
Work with Marketing and Sales and lead customer range review delivery and post review evaluation/future recommendations
Work on specific new projects with vendor partners to identify trends, analyse market potential for specific product categories, launch new products in the identified markets and monitor progress and tweak sales plan as required to grow volume, turnover and market share
Pricing :
Establish and maintain the appropriate invoice pricing structure for Ecommerce, delivering cost increases as required
Manage, monitor and drive POI of trade spend at all levels off invoice, promotional, fixed, contractual
Ensure good housekeeping via efficient ledger query management (price, invoice, claims)
Performance Reviews :
Deliver periodic performance reviews (period, YTD, FY Total P&L) with key accounts and Top 20 distributors
Team Support :
Be an active and vocal member of the marketing team and contribute fully to the generation of ideas to deliver the wider sales and marketing strategy
Give advice and support to team members
Work closely with other key stakeholders.
