Job Description
We are looking for an Account Receivable Accountant, In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the process of collecting payments from clients, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.Responsibilities:Update collections/receipts from customers reviewing bank transfers.Customer advances – maintain the customer advances up to date at all times.Monitor ageing reports and share them with the concerned department.Ensure customer balances are reconciled to GL at all times.Follow up on outstanding payments and arrange for payment collections.Reconcile customer accounts monthly and resolve any issues.Obtain confirmation of balances using SoA quarterly.Work closely with Sales departments to resolve billing issues and disputes.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.0-2 years of experience in accounting.Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting receivable principlesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written skills (Arabic and English).
