Provide a supporting role in ensuring that regulatory compliance exposure is as per the risk appetite statement
Key Accountabilities: Description
Conduct Compliance training i.e. CAL, CDL, COH to retail front line associates
Conduct Risk Assessment and Review control
Update Compliance newsletter
Scan the business environment and context for new regulations
List regulations, work on ensuring they are adhered to by all the BU by reporting on regulatory status.

Major Activities
Support the regulatory compliance manager in monitoring the external regulatory environment for regulatory developments.
Support the regulatory compliance manager by creating obligation checklists i.e. Ijadah, Imtithal ; perform regulatory risk assessments, review compliance programs, evaluate status of compliance.
Perform follow up with stakeholders on regulatory compliance open issues.
Provide regulatory trainings to front line Associates.
Review and verify the physical specifications of the vehicles with actual specification sheets.
Update the compliance regulation tree periodically with manager.
Work with related departments i.e. ESSR, FOD, EAD & IRC closely.
Job Context
The job has direct impact over assuring company is not exposed to regulatory risk, which imposed huge penalties to company monetarily plus reputational
The job holder has direct impact over managing the training for frontline associates
Framework, Boundaries & Decision Making Authority
The job holder is responsible in conducting risk assessments and review control as per the policy & SOP
The job holder has a supporting role in assuring that all regulatory obligations are duly complied with
Organizational / Functional Strategic Focus
This job has a supporting role in providing supporting on regulatory requirements
The job has a crucial supporting role in ensuring monitoring the external regulatory environment
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Law.
Minimum Experience
0 – 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance management
Job-Specific Skills
Time Management, managing deliverables, Capable of working in tight deadlines, Excellent communication skills

Special Certifications / Membership
ISO 19600 Lead Compliance Manager preferred
