We’re growing, which is great, so it’s time to add someone to our team as one of the faces at our Motor City Shop.

Here’s who we’re looking for:

You’re the type of person who enjoys meeting new people. You are friendly, confident, autonomous and passionate. You enjoy learning the ins and outs of the products and the people behind the brands so you can tell a story to the customer. You are efficient and a good problem solver. You like to work in a team environment, but also thrive on ‘getting things done’ on your own.

If you were working for us, here are some of the things you would have done last week:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Introduced a customer to a new brand or product
• Assisted a customer in choosing the perfect candle to gift their best friend
• Suggested some styling options for a cushion, ottoman and lamp for someone’s home
• Styling and arranging the shop displays with our head VM
• Gift wrapping
• Answering the phone and responding to messages
• Meeting daily sales targets
• Uploaded items on the back end of our Shopify website
• Taking photos of the shop for social media
• Keeping the shop clean and tidy
• Assisting the admin team when necessary
• Opening and closing the store (balancing the till etc)
• Coordinating the warehouse and replenishing store stock

Experience is important. We’re looking for someone who’s done this kind of thing before and is great at it. You are efficient and have an attention to detail. You have some experience with Shopify, Excel and Googlesheets but you are SALES centric. You want to work as a part of a team that enjoys what they do and work together to provide a fantastic customer experience.

Our shop is located in Motor City. The job on offer is full time, 6 days per week. We reward excellence with annual performance based bonuses.

Salary: From AED4,200.00 per month
