Urgently hiring Fit-out Project Engineer in Dubai, UAE with below criteria:
Job Description:
Supervise the execution of Fit-out Projects and coordinate with civil & MEP works during construction.
Strong technical experience in the fit-out industry and capable to lead design process from initiation to handing over.
Review project drawings and specifications to gain full understanding of project scope, client goals and expectations, and resource requirements for each phase of the project.
Should be experienced in handling the entire coordination of project related supplies, Local purchases, Logistics from project site inception stage to project completion.
Manage client interaction and promote positive relationships with all the stake holders/ Office staff / workers/ sub-contractors & suppliers.
Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with financial, operational, and scheduling requirements.
Job Requirements:
4 to 8 years of experience in Dubai, UAE in building contracting sector (Fit-out and interior design works)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering- Major: Architectural, Interior Design or Civil
Approved engineer from related authorities in Dubai (DM)
Driving license obtained and capable of commuting as per projects requirements
Availability: preferably immediate.
Salary: TBD based on interview performance and qualifications
